At Artisan Property Management, we’re a full service property management firm that truly operates with the best intentions of our homeowners in mind at all times. Our goal is to help you increase your profits and minimize your risks on every last rental property that you have under our engagement. We will select the most reliable, qualified and high quality tenants we can find for your properties. We will protect your investment property in the exact same way that we do our own and will help keep you stress free and your tenants happy at the same time.

We offer a wide range of added value services prior to tenant placement. We’ll conduct a visual analysis to determine any signs of deferred maintenance and to recommend any repairs that may need to be made. We’ll also list and show the property, as well as screen all tenants before drawing up a lease and handing off the keys to the person that is eventually selected.
